Dishonest - would not recommend This dealership was my first choice based on the reviews other people had left. I was looking for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited and met wi This dealership was my first choice based on the reviews other people had left. I was looking for a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited and met with Deanna. I drove in half an hour and when I met with her, she did the vehicle build and her first offer was website pricing which was very disappointing. I felt as though she didn't take me seriously even though I explained that my lease would be expiring in less than 3 months that I was doing a build which requires two to three months. When I asked her what the dealership was willing to do for me, she proceeded to tell me that the mark up on the vehicle was $2,000 and that she couldn't go below that because then the dealership wouldn't make any money. I thanked her for her time and proceeded to leave, asked me to wait for a moment so she could speak with her manager and then told me that she would give me $2,500 off the price if I signed that moment, basically now telling me the dealership was going to take a loss to make the sale. I expressed to her that I needed to speak with my husband before making any vehicle decision and then I wouldn't be doing anything that day. She then told me the pricing was only good that day and that if I wanted to go home and get my husband so we could sign the paperwork should be there to help me. Again I felt very disappointed in this moment as I earn a six-figure salary and she assumed that I needed my husband to sign for a vehicle. Deanna was always very pleasant and followed up with me with emails and calls, but when I replied to her with the reason for me not selecting Unique Chrysler, she became very almost combative with me when I explained to her that I felt she'd lied to me about what the dealership makes on a vehicle. She proceeded to tell me that the dealership WILL take a loss for me, that she's been in the business for three years, and she knows what she's talking about. The emails became long and almost intimidating. She then explained that her manager could offer me a bigger discount that was out of her control, but that never entered into our discussion while I was visiting with her and only became and option when I was telling her I was walking away in an email, not while I was there visiting with her in their office. She then proceeded to offer me more money if I wanted to come in that day to sign. I explained to her that I already signed an offer more than that offer. She then she then told me that the only typo in all her perfectly typed and we'll worded emails, was the price (due to Siri) and that she was going to offer me more than my signed offer by $1,500 with the statement 'but no worries' after it and wished me well. I don't know how other people feel about dealing with dealerships, but I find the entire process difficult, feeling like I was being and lied to was it experience I'd rather avoid, especially on a $60,000 vehicle purchase. I know many people say all dealerships are all like this, but I'd like to disagree. I'm happy to say I used to several dealerships to get prices and found that this was worst dealership I've ever worked with. Several other dealers were more willing to work with me on getting me (not my husband) the best price. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and don't know how this dealership has such a high rating. I would encourage other people to take a few moments to share their experiences (good or bad). More

She was highly professional, knowledgeable and passionate in helping us to purchase our new van. She worked tirelessly in order to assist us in selecting a vehicle at a price which we could afford. Our heartiest thanks are extended to her. Paul Divorzak, the sales manager, was equally courteous, enthusiastic and friendly and diligently worked as our advocate. He not only seemed to honestly care about his customers but also wanted to ensure that we would continue to be customers of Unique Chrysler. Dan Campbell, the business manager, rounded out the efficient and helpful staff with whom we had dealings. All the staff made our purchase of a new 2016 Dodge Caravan extremely pleasant and painless. We drove from Brampton to Burlington because Deanna Mai shows the true salesmanship. Me and Deanna started the conversation thru email early in the morning and by the end of day we purchased the Dodge Journey from Deanna....keep it up Deanna, there are only very few good sales people out there....We also had a wonderful experience dealing with Daniel Campbell, who is also very professional, friendly and worked hard for us to get a good deal.
