I have been a loyal customer for 5 years, my initial visit was a panic as my car was out of commission and the team worked with me positively in every way possible! My husband and I have bought two Kia‘s from Turpin in the last few years. Our sales person was Mike Peters who was incredibly knowledgable, patient and did not push our decision making process. Throughout Covid they had excellent procedures in place, and Fern Turpin has been someone who goes the “extra mile” to make things work. I got my first oil change for my Kia Soul 2022 at this dealership. The staffs are friendly; the service is fast too. The price of the oil change is good (cheaper than other dealerships). This service centre is the BEST!!! The staff, including Karen the scheduler, is excellent to deal with. In my experiences all are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and reliable. Safety First Right ? A few months ago I had a few buttons sticking on my steering wheel. I brought it into my local Kia and trusting the service members to do their job an A few months ago I had a few buttons sticking on my steering wheel. I brought it into my local Kia and trusting the service members to do their job and fix the problem , which they did. The same day I contacted them again and said there was a light on for my air bag. They reassured me it was normal and everything was fine but to bring it in so they could have a look. I brought it in they looked at it , expressed that it was normal, safe and everything was good to go. During these months I brought my car in for regular oil changes and everytime they drove my car and signed off there were no issues. Two weeks ago my brother in law got into my car and saw this light on. He assured me it was not okay to be on and to contact the dealership. I did. They told me I was wrong this was normal and it will turn off when someone sits down. I explained I drive my car everyday and the light does not turn off. They also told me to get a second opinion because they have already looked at this issue. I contacted another shop and they were shocked and very honest and explained that this light being on meant my air bag was off and would not deploy if I got into an accident. They also were so kind and professional as I was in tears and shock that I have been driving around unsafe. Today I brought my car into Donnelly Kia and their orginal thought was correct my air bag was not plugged back in. For months I have been driving around unsafe and all because I trusted a professional mechanic to do their job. Shame on you for telling me I was wrong. Turpin Kia Shame on you for not listening to my words and concerns and putting my life at risk because you refused to listen. More

I have never so much as had the slightest reason to question any service that has been preformed on my vehicle, or the cost associated with that service. They do not nickel and dime you like other dealers I have dealt with in the past. Turpin has been up front and honest with me from the get-go.
