I had great experience with Toyota Town. Valentine, sales agent was very easy to work with. Received great advice and recommendations and got myself a beautiful RAV4 Prime! This the second time I have purchased a new vehicle from ToyotaTown. This is the first time I have traded in a vehicle. The whole experience has been fair, efficient and seamless. All in all a great experience our request for a test drive was seamless and quick centred around our required timeline. Unfortunately the uncertain delivery time requirement for the RAV4 Hybrid made it drive was seamless and quick centred around our required timeline. Unfortunately the uncertain delivery time requirement for the RAV4 Hybrid made it impractical for our requirements. We do realize this is not a reflection on ToyotaTown and are baffled as to why given the production facility for the RAV4 is less than 100kms away. Thank you More

Excellent service. All staff were friendly and easy to work with. One suggestion. The cashiers call out the vehicle make and year and the name of the customer when All staff were friendly and easy to work with. One suggestion. The comfortable waiting area is sometimes noisy so customers cannot hear their name being called. With today's technology there should be a way to post the names on the tv screens in the waiting room so customers can read when their vehicle ready. I think this would make it easier for those with hearing challenges. More
