Chitra from the start and all the way through to handing me the keys was stellar in he professionalism and courtesy. She is punctual, determined and straight to the point, also she got me great financing, complete the sale and have the car ready for me to pick up. Through my journey in shopping for a vehicle it was not common to find a sales representative or dealership that really helps you through the process and makes you feel that the sale is in the best interest of both parties. I would also like to extend a thank you to your entire Toyota on the park staff as well, your dealership as a whole have provided me a great service and product. From the first contact with the team until today my experience was I bought Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited (Technology) 2016 from "Toyota on the Park". From the first contact with the team until today my experience was 100% positive. These guys are top-notch professionals and doing their best to make their clients happy. Most importantly, they understand that each customer is unique and might have unique requirements (I needed few test drives and some additional time after that to make up my mind). False Advertising!!! I bought my Rav4 from this dealership about a year ago. The sales person was very courteous, friendly, etc so I gave him a very high rating. Part of what was included was a free 2 year maintenance package because of a promotion. He told me that the maintenance package was the best deal because of the savings. He gave me a Maintenance Menu that showed I could indeed save hundreds of dollars. Since then, I’ve only brought my vehicle in for the regular checks recommended every 8,000 kms. In January, less than ONE year after I bought my vehicle, I brought the car in for a regular check and was told that there’s a $500 limit on the maintenance package and that I had reached that limit. He told me that it would be impossible for me to reach 2 years with the $500 unless I skipped several maintenance checks! That was news to me! I’ve checked my Vehicle Purchase Agreement and it clearly states the 2 year Maintenance Package is included, no mention of a $500 limit or any limit whatsoever. I called my sales guy who said he wasn’t sure about the limit but said he’d talk to his manager and phone me back. He never called back. After a few weeks, I sent a reminder email. No response. Yesterday, I sent an email to the Sales Manager, Service Manager and General Manager. Still hoping that someone will get back to me. If there was a $500 limit on maintenance then that’s what they should have advertised and communicated to me, not 2 year free maintenance.! More

When I called in Saturday afternoon on what happened to my Highlander, she pin-pointed immediately what needed to be done and made a repair appointment for me on Monday morning. When I dropped off the SUV, I was given a quote and was offered shuttle service to my office. An hour and a bit later Alisha called and informed me everything was done. Shuttle came and picked me up at the time I requested. The price was exactly as quoted. Besides having finished the required checking and alignment they also cleaned, polished and touched up a scratched area at the front bumper without extra charge. I also got a courtesy car wash. This is truly service with a smile. The big smile comes from the customer. I'm going to switch to this dealership for my future regular service. Thank you, Alisha and Toyota On The Park. He just cares and you can tell he enjoys his work. To me, that made the difference in his customer service. It was also a pleasure working with Ali (Nikpour). I appreciate that he took the time to explain everything and he gave me great advice. He's very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't rush his work and made sure all bases were covered. Overall, from reception all the way to sealing the deal, I really had a great experience. I would purchase my next car at this dealership again.
