Excellent experience We recently bought a new Highlander from Toyota on the Park and had the pleasure of dealing with Irfan and Ali. Irfan was very patient as we initiall We recently bought a new Highlander from Toyota on the Park and had the pleasure of dealing with Irfan and Ali. Irfan was very patient as we initially dropped by the dealership on the weekend with our two young boys who proceeded to climb through every vehicle we looked at and wanted to come along on the test drive. Irfan was very patient and helpful explaining everything. Once it came time to work through the financing and options Ali was very good, didn't try to upsell us on anything services we could actually use and was a pleasure to work with. I'd definitely recommend speaking to Irfan if you are looking for a new car. More

Patient and helpful I think I must have visited the dealership at least 6 or 7 times while I was trying to decide whether and what to purchase. Horrible !Zero star if possible Horrible experience!!! I was at Toyota On the Park in May to test drive pre-owned 2014-2015 RAV4s and Venzas. Unfortunately, I was assigned to Mike. A Horrible experience!!! I was at Toyota On the Park in May to test drive pre-owned 2014-2015 RAV4s and Venzas. Unfortunately, I was assigned to Mike. After waiting for about 15-20 mins, I asked the receptionist for him as I had another appointment in an hour. Finally, Mike showed up with a smug look on his face. Not only did he not apologize, he had the gall asked me to wait further as he was finishing up with another client (not sure why the recep assigned me to him if he was busy). Then, I waited for another 10-15 mins (that was already half an hour of waiting by then), before I went to the receptionist to ask for another sales agent as I didn`t want to be late for my other appointment. At that point, the manager dropped by and assigned me to another sales person. He too did not apologize but merely stated they were busy that day. Then, I had to wait for another 10-15 mins before I decided to walk out and never again return to this arrogant dealership. They forgot that I can choose to buy from other dealerships (which I did) and share my horrible experience with other unsuspecting customers! I would rate this place zero star if I could! If that's how they treat their customers before sales, you can imagine how bad their after sales service would be! RUN, not walk away from this place! More

ETC.......COME OUT LITTLE SURPRISE OF OVER BUDGET. More
