Fantastic service Mr. Lagman handled my service and did an excellent job. He was highly professional and efficient. I came in for an oil change, but Toyota On the Park Mr. Lagman handled my service and did an excellent job. He was highly professional and efficient. I came in for an oil change, but Toyota On the Park notified me that my filters (both engine and cabin) were dirty. They called me before doing anything and allowed me to look at the filters; as I've had other mechanics do the work and bill me later, I am so pleased. Thanks again to Russell Lagman! I've never enjoyed going to the mechanic, but Toyota On the Park just might change that! More

Quick Fix I dropped into the service bay because the heat shield over the muffler had come loose and was rattling. Azeemah consulted with one of the service techs and was able to slot it into the express area and had it fixed before I finish reading an article in a magazine in the lounge. And at no charge. More

My First New Toyota From Toyota on the Park First , I was in Honda Downtown located 47 Eastern Ave, Toronto, ON , to see a used 2010 Toyota but according to dearer , VINCENT, I was not approve First , I was in Honda Downtown located 47 Eastern Ave, Toronto, ON , to see a used 2010 Toyota but according to dearer , VINCENT, I was not approve for the financing of that car . I asked him if he has any other option that will be fit for me he said that I am not the one should approve you . I also did ask other dealer , I think ARASH Iranian guy, if he can do anything for me but he said whatever VINCENT said is TRUE. I felt so DISAPPOINTED. I was looking for the used car on line I found Toyota On the Park and chat with someone , she said that somebody will call me tomorrow . Mr. PETRE D'CPSTA called me in the morning. He gave me a suggestion for a new dreamy Toyota Corolla that was not believable for me how is will be possible to have a new dreamy car when I am now approved for the used one. As I was Disappointed but HE WAS FULL OF ENERGY and just wanted me to come in and bring my documents , I was there on Saturday .And then Mr. PETER D'COSTA called me on Monday that I was approved I was not believe how is possible .I was so excited , thinking : "how big different ARE between Dealers, ONE MAKES THE CUSTOMER DISAPPOINTED THE OTHER GIVES MORE HOPE JUST IN 24 HR." How should I describe MR. PETER D'COSTA, all I want to say is he is really amazing in his job, eager to help, try to do best the responsibility, give lots of hope for customer , make customer happy , handsome. He is AWESOME , AWESOME , AWESOME ! I WOULD APPRECIATE HIM and I will be a PERMANENT CUSTOMER to TOYOTA ON THE PARK, as all service are GREAT! AMAZING SERVICE , UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE ! More
