Appreciation for effective services Hi Guys, Recently I have bought 2016 Camry from TOYOTA On The Park and yesterday I went there because of a deflate tire. At service department, Hi Guys, Recently I have bought 2016 Camry from TOYOTA On The Park and yesterday I went there because of a deflate tire. At service department, Mr.Sean Cheng took care of it. Investigated and replaced the tire as a precautionary action. Beside replacing the tire with new one at reasonable time and at no cost, the efforts and spending time to fix the problem was amazing. Taking time for explaining why the tire should replace, professional curtsy and his hospitality were perfect. And these all come from his personality, best team work skills and successful managerial leadership. Thank you Sean and Azeemah and appreciate your considerations. Quickly resolved a problem Had a major suspension repair done in July on our Sienna with a big bill. Work was done well, on time and budget.
