Great experience, will absolutely return to purchase again. My wife and I have purchased a few Toyota's over the years from different Toyota dealerships. This has been by far our best experience. We worked with Peter and Nigel and later Conrad for finances. The entire experience was great. It started with communication with Nigel about the vehicles of interest by email and he promptly answered in detail all of my questions. When I was ready to visit the dealership my wife and I were very impressed by the excellent customer service. Nigel met us there and we took the vehicle of interest out for a road test. We then discussed every concern I had. When Peter came over to introduce himself I was very impressed with his vast automotive experience and knowledge. We were considering our best strategy and Peter broke it down into what made the most sense. Peter was willing to go the extra mile to make us happy customers and we were. My wife and I have been happy with our Toyota purchases over the years and now having ventured out to Toyota On the Park we know which dealership we will return to again and again when it is time to make another purchase. The process was smooth once Peter and Nigel had addressed our concerns and we agreed on our next vehicle we met Conrad whom took care of the finances. Conrad has a very open book policy any question you have is fair game and we had several questions for him. Each was answered in detail and Conrad was not happy until he knew we were happy. I would highly recommend if you are serious about a purchase and wondering should I go back to the same dealership as you bought from before instead take a trip to Toyota On The Park they will make it worth your while. I would say ask for Nigel, then meet Peter and later Conrad they are very much experts in customer satisfaction. More

The staff are friendly, the dealership is clean and everyone goes out of their way to help. Alif Budhwani is one of the nicest sales people I have meet. He is not pushy or tries to sell you something you don't need. He answered all my questions and concerns. He even came on his day off to hand me my car after it was there for service. He truly is an exceptional sales person. Conrad Praamsma is an amazing financial advisor. He helped me finance my car. He was extremely patient with me and got the best deal for me. He went the extra mile to take care of minor details, and to get us a price and option that we could live with. I have already recommended him to neighbours. The finance guy did his job by convincing us to buy extras, including paying for the option that was already included in our offer. iI guess from the company point of view, he did his job well, using all the tools of his trade, and observing we were exhausted from running around on other's behalf. I gave the dealership five stars because of Irfan, our salesman. I would reduce it by more than a half star because of our finance experience. More

Fantastic experience at Toyota On The Park My wife and I had a fantastic experience at Toyota On The Park. We went in to consider a trade in for my 2012 Corolla. At first we were looking at used cars but then we were presented with the option of a new car for not that much of a difference. We ended up getting a new 2016 Rav4 LE with the upgrade package at a similar price that we would have paid for the used Rav4's we were looking at! Bob helped us pick the right car at a considerable price and with great payment options. This was the 2nd time I was buying a car from this dealership and with Bob's help. I would definitely recommend this dealership and strongly recommend asking for Bob from sales when looking to buy! More
