Purchased my 2015 4Runner and from sales to service hands down 5 star. Mario the Service Manager and Sham are the reason I go to On The Park for service. From the monent you walk in they treat you with respect and always make me feel comfortable. The knowledge they have on my vehicles is beyond. Most wonderful experience This showroom was our second showroom of Toyota that we visited that day, our first experience from the first showroom visit was so bad that we decide This showroom was our second showroom of Toyota that we visited that day, our first experience from the first showroom visit was so bad that we decided to walk out within 20 minutes. We went to the first showroom, checked out the cars and waited for someone to come and greet us and ask if they can help us. Despite many people being available, no one came up to us. We decided to leave that location and came to this location, where Mike greeted us within 5 minutes of us walking in. He was very sweet and humble, he did not push us for the sale but instead worked with our budget for the car that we liked. He was very patience with us while we went back and forth with our decision of buying a car that day. He was incredibly professional and a gentleman. Every time, he noticed we want to have a family talk without him, he gave us space so we can talk this over, before we even asked him. I was highly impressed by him and would recommend him to all of my family and friends. Once we picked the car we loved, he transferred us to this another wonderful gentleman, who helped us with financing our car. He was also very professional, sweet and humble. He made the process go very smoothly, explained the extended warranty in details, gave us an amazing deal and did not push us to get it or not. Completely left the decision on us. My overall experience with the purchase of our car was wonderful and I am so happy that I dealt with these amazing two gentleman who made my experience so much positive, smooth and easy. More
