Mike Ghowsi Understood my Requirement & 100% Professional Mike Ghowsi in our first meeting understood my requirement and recommended my first car, within budget and with 100% satisfaction. I bought Toyota Cam Mike Ghowsi in our first meeting understood my requirement and recommended my first car, within budget and with 100% satisfaction. I bought Toyota Camry 2005, with 65,000 KM mileages only, in excellent condition. Mike is very professional and was keeping my interest and satisfaction first, while searching the car suitable to my requirement. Indeed I had been to other dealership and did shop around different brands and models. I saw every dealership trying to move their 2016 model on finance/lease but never tried to understand my requirement. They were trying to impress by showing and talking about new cars and make me try going outside of my requirement. Obviously new cars are xxxx impressive, but not my requirement. They had used cars but mileage more than 100k. I made a call to Toyota On The Park and got assigned to Mike Ghowsi as my Sales person. I say that Mike has everything that a professional Sales person need in this profession. Above all, I saw Mike to be very honest and professional. Highly professional team, satisfaction guaranteed. On the Saturday 17th of February we went to test drive couple of considered vehicles as a replacement for our old one, without intention to purchase. The last stop was at Toyota On The Park, upon arrival we have been introduced to fantastic Paul Barreto, Sales and Leasing Consultant, who has given us his undivided attention, need to mention, time of our arrival was 5 pm. We went for a test drive, and while driving he shared his tremendous knowledge about the vehicle with us. We returned at 6 pm, which is the time of dealership closure. Paul being highly professional only then started discussing a possible purchase and terms. With the little assistance of Chris Walters, New Vehicle Sales Manage, we have decided to purchase a new vehicle. In next couple of days, we dealt with another excellent team member, Ali Nikipour. On Saturday 24th of February when we went to pick up our new vehicle, we felt like a part of a family, we drove off with smiles on our faces in a brand new Toyota. Suberb experience buying a new Sienna AWD Ltd 2017 Just two weeks after we had purchased a Rav4 Hybrid Ltd at Toyota on the Park we decided to explore a trade-in of our old Sienna and buying a new Sien Just two weeks after we had purchased a Rav4 Hybrid Ltd at Toyota on the Park we decided to explore a trade-in of our old Sienna and buying a new Sienna. We had once again a fabulous experience dealing with all of the staff at Toyota on the Park. Jason Banwell did an excellent job helping us from beginning to end with managing the trade-in and new car purchase. We had a great experience with Peter Popovski who gave us a more than fair price for the 2011 Sienna Ltd and also gave us a good price on the new 2017 Sienna Ltd. Lastly, Ali Nikpour did a top notch job arranging our Smart Lease which is a great package. And thanks to Matt and Chris for the sales support. All the people at Toyota on the Park are fantastic and we know they have one of the best service departments in the country to assist us with the service of our two Toyota's in the coming years! More
