Actuall A big thank you to Doug McCarthy and the staff at Toyota On the Park for making our experience of buying our new Prius Prime so pressure free. Actually went in looking to buy a Rav4 and, although we enjoyed the test drive of that car, I saw the Prime in the car bay and immediately fell for it. Doug was very patient and did not pressure us into buying the Rav4. Test drove the Prime and a couple of days later we went back and made all the arrangements seamlessly to buy it. The financial manager did not try to upsell us on anything and just laid out the options and let us decide. Great staff...great car. Thanks again Doug. More
