From the minute you drive into the garage, the staff that greet you, smile, good morning, and then direct to a service representative. If I can I will pick Alisha if available, or Alex Chan, but he has gone on to other things. Alisha as usual greets you with a smile, and when I told her, first of all oil change, etc and then I explained I was concerned about the brakes. From then on she was so kind explaining the cost, etc. Because it would take some time fixing, I was shuttled home with Cliff. So pleasant a drive home and back. The car was ready and the cost was not as high as expected. You cannot imagine how happy I was. The whole experience, even paying, was a pleasant one. Keep up the good work and give Alisha a raise she deserves it. More
