Throughout the whole process in dealing with my retailer, they have been very attentive to my needs and helped me throughout the purchasing process. Even after I have picked up my vehicle, they have been excellent in answering my questions on product information regarding upgrades and accessories.

I arrived early but Terry was able to move my appointment up to accommodate me. I waited a few minutes in the comfortable waiting area and was offered a variety of beverages. My son enjoyed the BMW massage chair. The showroom is very impressive.

Both Terry and Jenmy were very professional and friendly. I enjoyed dealing with them.

Jenmy was very helpful during the orientation to my new car especially in programming my phone and my favorite radio stations.

My old plates were rattling a bit after the technician installed them. Terry and Jenmy grabbed a screw driver and fixed the problem. I liked that.

There was a last minute glitch in my payment - my fault - that Terry was able to quickly resolve for me. I was very relieved.

My wife and I have been loyal supporters of the BMW brand and recurring customers at the Town & Country BMW for more than 10 years. The purchase experience at Town & Country BMW is always pleasant and one can expect all questions to be answered promptly and courteously.

Both Justin Ni (Sales Master) and Michelle Chen (Delivery Specialist) were very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. I am extremely happy with their personalized services throughout the purchase and delivery process.

Terry McKay was excellent in answering all of my questions, concerns and taking care of me. She took the time to search for the car I wanted, the features I wanted and stayed in constant contact with me to keep me updated. I felt like royalty.

Jenmy Kwan was great! She took the time necessary to fully explain, demonstrate and give me the hands-on learning I needed for my learning style. She has kept in contact and answers any questions/ concerns I had.

I am very impressed with this dealership and the level of service provided. Javin my sales representative was knowledgeable, provided quick response and was able to look and provide me a vehicle that fits and exceeds my criteria. Not to mention within my budget.

The delivery specialist Jenmy was very impressive and knew the car inside out. She not only answered every question I had about the car but she did it with the biggest brightest smile.

We found George Li, our salesperson, to be very patient with our questions and was willing to negotiate a fair deal for our trade-in.
I have already passed George Li's business card to one of our friends and gave a very high recommendation of your dealership.
George Li listened to what we were looking for and prepared a proposal matching what we needed.
George accommodated the time we wanted for pickup of vehicle as the first appointment he suggested was not convenient for us - he called me back shortly after and re-arranged the appointment for us.
We spent a good amount of time with Michelle Chen, the Delivery Specialist where she thoroughly explained all the features of the vehicle. We did not feel rushed and she was very patient with all our questions.
We were contacted via phone call by Michelle Chen, our Delivery Specialist, within a few days after taking delivery and she also followed up by email. I had a question which she promptly responded back on.

My experience w/ Cindy at the MINI Markham location was wonderful. She was welcoming, knowledgeable and helped ease the stress of buying my very first vehicle.

Stephen demonstrated care in ensuring we were comfortable with the
vehicle purchase from the beginning to the delivery process.

Michelle was highly professional yet relaxed when guiding us through the
mechanics of the car.We were very impressed with Michelle's relaxed ease at highlighting the vehicle's functions. She also interspersed her knowledge with humor
which made for a very laid-back approach. As well, she followed up with
a phone call several days later. This demonstrates exceptional customer
service!

With a strong team like Stephen and Michelle as part of your staff, I
