Never going back. My salesman was amazing but the service centre was terrible. My new car, that THEY sold me, had locking nuts on the wheels and they didn’t have the k My salesman was amazing but the service centre was terrible. My new car, that THEY sold me, had locking nuts on the wheels and they didn’t have the key. They had it for 48 hours while apply some coatings and didn’t get them off, so I had to come back. When I asked if they would get them off the second time I got a wishy washy unsure answer blaming it inconsistent reasons (first it was low staff - from the salesman, then it was no lift available). For those unaware, without the key for the wheel nuts…I CAN’T TAKE THE WHEELS OFF! Which means a flat tire meant a tow. Clearly frustrated at this point the, I’m guessing, manager stepped in and talked to me in a tone as if I was the problem. Rude, condescending, lecturing me like I was a child, requesting “a little patience” - treating me like I was being unreasonable for being upset that I had to bring my car in twice and told it might still not be done. It honestly felt like the task was pushed off because I wasn’t paying for it. I will never return and I will never recommend their service centre to anyone. For those curious, they did get them off the second visit, though I wonder if they would have had I not voiced my frustration. More

Liana was cordial, knowledgeable and professional. I never felt rushed throughout the sales process; she is patient and makes you feel valued as a customer. This place is the worst offered me cash to buy my vehicle thru auto trader , they contacted me back we talked sayed i would a little more for my car , the asked me send pictures , about 1 and a half later as thru auto trader , they contacted me back we talked sayed i would a little more for my car , the asked me send pictures , about 1 and a half later asked me to send a picture that t o check millage again , i heard nothing i contacted them back and was told the car was to old for there lot b ut they would take as a trade!!!!!!! total scam just want you on the lot to sell you a vehicle THEY WERE NOT INTERESTED IN BUYING for cash Never go there Deceitful lot More

Unbelievable customer service! Did a very long distance deal in about 2 hours simply texting, not even a phone call. Sales Manager, Mike was great during dealings & even better when closed deal & picked up vehicle a couple weeks later, no surprises! However, the exemplary customer care that I received from the Product Specialist, Liana was the reason the deal closed. Professional & genuinely customer focused throughout, definitely went above & beyond. This deal happened on a busy day at month end & I never once felt pressured of pushed. I’ve bought lots of vehicles from numerous dealerships in numerous cities, definitely the best “Customer Experience” I’ve had when purchasing a vehicle. Quite an accomplishment when you consider 7,000 kms away. Well done Liana & Mike, I will be referring family & friends! More
