I live and work in Halifax and could not get to Dartmouth for a test drive, so Dave brought the car to me. He also arranged for pick up of my totally ice-bound trade in, and I didn't have to worry about anything. The car I purchased was in mint condition (great detailing job inside I gotta say), and the price was more than fair. Great experience! More

I've been without my own car for several years, and I finally decided to apply for one of those run-of-the-mill high-interest car loans, so I went onl I've been without my own car for several years, and I finally decided to apply for one of those run-of-the-mill high-interest car loans, so I went online and did just that. I chose the first hit Google gave me, and I couldn't believe how fantastic the next two days turned out. I had an answer to my late-night online application the next morning and was driving my car two days later (I only waited two days due to my schedule..pretty sure if I were free I would have been driving the same day). My payments, insurance, and permit were all arranged for me, all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and drive away!! This was definitely NOT what I expected..no run-of-the-mill here! Dave Baker is great at dealing with everything, and answering all of your questions. He's knowledgeable regarding financing and insurance, and is happy to suggest anything he can to help put you in a vehicle quickly and painlessly. I've told everyone I've spoken to since, that if they're considering an automotive purchase, they should check these guys out first. I even got picked up by another employee at the shop, as I didn't have a way there to pick up the car. I had a safe and comfortable ride all the way over, and warm too - better than trekking in the cold and waiting for buses!! Thanks you guys, you really did a great job! My initial phone conversation with him was educational, which is rare in my experience. From that call, I had a really clear picture of what I could afford, likely loan term lengths, and interest rates to expect. Knowing these things is hugely important to me, where many dealers would tell me: "just apply and we'll see." They didn't have what I wanted on the lot, but within 24hrs of my application, Dave had sourced a car in another province, and promised it to me at a very reasonable price point, to be delivered within the next few days. Upon delivery, after they detailed and adjusted everything, I met Dave for the first time (everything had been email and phone up until this point), signed my papers and drove away. Painless! I'm super happy with the car, and the aftercare I've received thus far. So happy, in fact, that I've referred them another sale (my father)! I will recommend Dave and his company to everyone I know that is looking for a great car buying experience. :) More
