My Review of Sunshine Toyota:
We purchased our first Sienna at this dealership 7 years ago, and went back last week to view the vehicles on site at this dealership. Prior to our visit, we did some research online in addition to visits to other dealerships for competing product. Young Zhou was very knowledgeable, friendly,polite, and there was no high pressure to purchase, just information about how to make the best decision on what vehicle to purchase, bearing in mind our needs.
Yesterday we picked up the 3rd Sienna we have owned (the last 2 of which came from Sunshine. It is a 2011 & although preowned was in very clean condition.
Young Zhou and the rest of the Sunshine sales team have met our high expectations.
We will review the service side of the Sunshine equation when we start bringing our van into the service bay.

Both Zac and Chris were extremely pleasant to deal with. Zac listened carefully and was attentive to my needs. Chris was, forthright, efficient and effective. He was a tough bargainer, but, I think, a fair one.

Zac Friesen is awesome guy. I live in Thompson and I have got all the information whenever I needed from Zac about the Vehicle which I bought from Sunshine Toyota. He is very friendly, co-operative and has lots of patience.

Kristin also helped me a lot to buy my vehicle and she is a good financial advisor.

Although running a bit late due to the crazy traffic in the store, Zac was extremely helpful to us. He knew a lot about the vehicle we were looking at. He didn't use high pressure sales techniques which was great. Would definitely recommend using Zac again in the future.

It would hurt the Service desk staff to crack a smile. Women watch out when requesting repairs. When you get a large repair estimate get a second opinion.

My Review of Sunshine Toyota:
Sylvia was great to work with, very kind and we didn't feel pressured into something we weren't looking at.

We were disappointed to find out that the command-start wasn't installed when we arrived to pick up the vehicle, since we had already paid for it. This is due to a mechanical issue, but we feel we should have been informed that the new Camry does not support command-start before purchasing it.

Overall we are happy with our purchase and would refer our family and friends to Sylvia.
