Just bought a 2016 wrx from Subaru Lethbridge I just bought a brand new car from Subaru of Lethbridge. I dont live in lethbridge but I chose to buy in lethbridge because of the great experience I I just bought a brand new car from Subaru of Lethbridge. Pleasantly Surprised After visiting several different dealerships in Lethbridge, my husband and I were so very disappointed. Disappointed, that is, until we decided to try Subaru of Lethbridge. From the moment we stepped into the dealership we felt welcome and valued. Johnny was very patient with my husband and was willing to spend time with my husband and answer every question that popped into my husbands head. At the end of our initial visit Johnny did not pressure us into making a decision and did not take our phone number (something we really appreciated). Over the next couple of weeks, Johnny always took the time to help us make the right decision. Everyone at the dealership is extremely professional and approachable. Never once did we feel stupid or feel that we were bothering anyone. The dealership even went so far as to find my husband the exact Outback that he was looking for. Never have I enjoyed going into debt so much. The only negative part of our experience was waiting for our Outback to arrive. I would recommend that anyone looking for a new vehicle check out Subaru of Lethbridge, I know we will not be going anywhere else in the future. More

What they didn't know was that I had been looking at Outbacks even before they came to Lethbridge. When it was across the street, I was very skeptical of the dealership as I was of a dealership in Calgary. Now it is part of the Davis group of companies in a bright clean building with is a pleasure to view. More

"Fabulous Buying Experience" I have my new Forester XT for one week now and I love it. Johnny was so knowledgeable answering all my questions and explaining the features. I know there were times Johnny explained things to me more than once making sure I understood. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make a quick decision. The guy working on my car said it was a bit complicated as he had never really worked with Volkswagen, (AKA a pain when fixing) but he still got everything done and it was as good as new. I had come here before for a previous issue and I will always go back to these guys. I don't even go to my own car's dealership because these guys are amazing. Thank you so much! Outstanding service and vehicles I was facing needing to buy a car in a very short time period (1 week). By quickly asking around this dealership and the Subaru cars were mentioned t I was facing needing to buy a car in a very short time period (1 week). By quickly asking around this dealership and the Subaru cars were mentioned to me by many people. I didn't know anything about Subaru cars so did some research online and was amazed by what I read on reliability and how happy others were with theirs. We visited the dealership numerous times that week and were always treated fairly, patiently and not pressured at all, even though I was uncertain of what I wanted and had a very short time limit. When I finally picked the Subaru that met my needs best, the staff worked hard and helped me to get all the paperwork and everything in order in a very quick timeline. I was introduced to all the staff and everyone was so friendly, and it truly felt like being a part of a family. In the week that I have had my car I have had so many comments on how lucky I am to have a Subaru and how happy I will be with it! Wish I had switched to Subaru sooner as I am very happy with the car I chose, the price was excellent and there was no pressure or hard sell to add things I didn't want or need when I was purchasing, and I'm excited about the great warranty and people I will have on my side by choosing this company to buy from.
