I went to the dealership knowing that I wanted to purchase the used 2014 Outback I saw on line. The vehicle had just come in so it needed to be serviced before we could test drive it. During that visit we looked at new vehicles on the lot and test drove a cross trek. I never felt any pressure to buy one of the new vehicles that we looked at. Even though we were spending less money buying a used vehicle I always felt like a valued customer. As a sales person, Johnny was very patient, responsive and accommodating. Jared completed our financing and he was also great to work with. I have been to the dealership a couple times since buying our vehicle and both times Johnny has taken the time to check in and see if we are happy with our vehicle. Great customer service! More

Travis spent lots of time on the phone with us to make sure that all of our questions were answered, and that we were happy with the package we would be getting before parting with our hard earned dollars. When we drove down to check out the car and finalize the sale, everything was exactly as described, and the car drove like a dream (as any Subaru would). All of the staff at the dealership were friendly, patient with all of our questions, and seemed just as excited as we were about the new purchase! More

Amazing customer service and honest salesmen I walked in last Saturday to see if Subaru Lethbridge had any remaining new 2015 impreza models. Although they did not have any on their lot, Joe work I walked in last Saturday to see if Subaru Lethbridge had any remaining new 2015 impreza models. Although they did not have any on their lot, Joe worked hard to go over my options and bring in exactly what I wanted from a different location. From dealing with the sales and financial departments to meeting the service department staff, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. I was still dealing with insurance claims and had a rental car but I got to drive home my brand new impreza that very same week! Subaru Imprezza 2016 Recently Purchased Travis, Jared, and Joe were great to deal with! No pressure sales...that is what I like. I've never been so impressed with a dealer before! They answered all my questions truthfully and in depth. I came in on a weekend and by Monday I knew that the Imprezza was the car I wanted. I called at 9.00 am and asked that they have the paperwork completed and I would come with my down payment and sign the docs after work. I drove my car home that night! They were so accommodating! The car itself is amazing I have never driven a car that handles so well and comes standard with AWD. It is such a blessing! When I picked up my new car they even put my winter tires on at no extra cost. It was great! The whole experience was amazing and I would recommend anyone to go to Subaru Lethbridge and to drive a well made product! More

We came in knowing what we were looking for in a vehicle, but not knowing which vehicle that would be. As a woman, I was very happy that I was treated just as equally and respectfully as my male partner (which sadly has not always been the case with other places). Travis was very helpful and really took the time to listen to our requests and answer all the little questions we had. No one was overly pushy and they follow up with us still, to make sure everything is going well, three months later. Jared Ford came in on the morning of his wedding reception just so we wouldn't have to wait longer to pick up our vehicle (that's service!) We will maintain our relationship with the Davis group and purchase future vehicles with them. More
