Knowledgeable Upon entering Subaru City Edmonton we were greeted with a friendly "Hello" and met Bill Wong. Bill was not in our faces as we looked over the Forrester and the Outback vehicles in the showroom, but was nearby to answer our questions. When we showed interest in these vehicles he invited us into his office and went over the features of each carefully listening to our wants and needs. I was really impressed that he spoke to me directly when I asked questions rather than turning and looking at my husband. He made me feel part of the process. He offered us a test drive in each vehicle and again ensured that we were understanding the vehicles. We were impressed with the quality of the Subarus and very pleased with our experience. Over the next few days Bill answered all our questions either in person or on the phone, gave both of us another test drive and made us feel good about our choice. When the new 2018 Outback arrived he took endless time going over the manual and then outside explaining all the buttons and levers. Top marks for Bill Wong! More
