Came in to fix my car fob and put winter tires on. Replaced fob battery at no cost!! Took shuttle home for some hours and had friend drive me back to pick up the finished car. Went back a week later Replaced fob battery at no cost!! Took shuttle home for some hours and had friend drive me back to pick up the finished car. Went back a week later to have the recommended 100km re-torquing done. A service guy came out immediately and did the job. All in all, a perfect experience. More

Confusion reigns! I researched a lot of different vehicles before settling on a 2017 Forester. I should’ve been researching dealerships. I went in spoke to a salesman, I researched a lot of different vehicles before settling on a 2017 Forester. I should’ve been researching dealerships. I went in spoke to a salesman, agreed upon a vehicle and a price. Brought my wife in the next day to finalize everything. The salesman was gone. No record of anything plus I was told no such configuration existed for the vehicle I wanted. Should’ve walked out then. But we bought the 2017 Forester (more than I wanted to pay - that’s on me). Everyone was so apologetic. I was told that a maintenance package would be thrown in for our inconvenience plus an extended warranty. Come in for an oil and filter change $600. I said excuse me. I was told I had this this and this. Nope you don’t. So buyer beware. I’m going home to check my sales documents but I think I was lied to and I swallowed hook line and sinker. More

I was a bit disappointed that they were unable to wash my vehicle, because it was very dirty:( The only other little thing was that in the inspection the automatic head lights were switched off- and it wasn’t until I was out of the city that evening, that I realized that!
