Would not honour deal We bought a Rav4 at an agreed price. We even banged the gong, shook hands and put. a $4000 deposit. The finance man wrote up the papers and he said We bought a Rav4 at an agreed price. We even banged the gong, shook hands and put. a $4000 deposit. The finance man wrote up the papers and he said the price was $900 higher than the agreed price. He got very angry and came out of his office and banged on the glass windows to get another salesman's attention. He then said he can't do anything until the morning. He called at 1 pm the next day and asked us what our opinion was. So apparently they weren't honouring the deal price and refunded our deposit. What a shoddy way to do business for $900.00. Will not be buying there or recommending Strickland's Toyota in Stratford. More

ignorant I went in today to get a quote on a 2017 4-Runner Ltd. I had also got quotes from Goderich and Exeter Toyota for the same vehicle with exceptional cus I went in today to get a quote on a 2017 4-Runner Ltd. I had also got quotes from Goderich and Exeter Toyota for the same vehicle with exceptional customer service. Here I had a sales person named John. He is very pushy, ignorant and makes you feel like you are wasting his time unless you're going to leave there with a vehicle. He stated "we have a more high tech system then all the other dealerships so it will take at least 45 minutes and if you're not going to buy it then I've just done that all for nothing and you could take my quote to someone else". Well that is the point of a quote and if you aren't going to give my your best deal in the first place then why would I go with you! All I have to say is congratulations bc we will never buy a vehicle from someone like this.
