A Great Experience! I was originally looking to buy a new vehicle but had decided against it due to the cost. I still wanted to purchase a more suitable vehicle to myself I was originally looking to buy a new vehicle but had decided against it due to the cost. I still wanted to purchase a more suitable vehicle to myself to commute with and was told to checkout the Stricklands website. I was able to find a 2016 Ford Fusion with awd. I went to test drive it and loved it! Purchasing the vehicle was simple! They were able to give me what I wanted for my trade in and had the loan financed through my bank of choice. The car looked great when I picked up and feels like a brand new car! I would recommend Stricklands as a more affordable option with used vehicles that have low mileage! I am absolutely in love with my Fusion and am so happy that I potentially saved $10 000 than I would have had I bought a brand new car. More

Like the car not the process Purchased a 2013 Nissan altima from Strickland's. I dealt with Nick. We texted back and fourth for a couple weeks regarding the altimas they had. He i Purchased a 2013 Nissan altima from Strickland's. I dealt with Nick. We texted back and fourth for a couple weeks regarding the altimas they had. He is s nice guy and knew a fair bit about cars. We went back and forth on the price. We had a deal in place, which his manager had to approve. I paid the down payment on the vehicle. They sent me down the hall to finalize the deal with the manager. Nick was very nice however his manager made me feel very uncomfortable. He didn't want to honour what we agreed upon. After me demanding my money back he met me halfway. He also told us how he bought a house more than what he wanted to spend and that a few hundred dollars shouldn't matter. He didn't really understand that I am a female on a budget.... so the entire process of buying the car was not enjoyable. When I picked up the car, they had washed it. Cleaned the interior, put new brake pads and rotors on it. They also put two new tires on the front because originally it had snow tires on it. When I got the car I went to my grandpa's to show him. It was on my way home. The battery died. I was thankful that they gave me enough gas to get home. Otherwise I would be stranded out in the country. The battery didn't just die, it looked like a bomb went off. It was corroded beyond belief. I called stricklands and they didn't argue. They sent me a cheque no problem. Anyway I really do like the car. They did a good job servicing it minus the battery. Did not care for some of the miscommunication. I think they need to hire some females. The only one I seen was the receptionist. More
