A very solid service experience. That being said, the manager addressed the situation promptly, replacing my radio completely with upgraded model, and arranged for a special shuttle arrangement when I had difficulty driving back to dealer for the repair. I’ve also had a few service events over the past year on my aging Caravan, and each time. the front desk staff, (Jenny in particular for me) have been courteous, friendly and prompt with their communications. While I enjoyed my eco diesel for 4. 5 years, the last couple months have been unforgiving. Check engine light comes on, paid for a corrosion issue—to repair issue, and still check engine 5 years, the last couple months have been unforgiving. FCA involved, service group seems professional until FCA tells me that I agreed to 3rd party parts (never discussed) and my squeaky door which they serviced, now I’m told I need to buy new hinges—just over 100k km, and now corrosion on some body panels. Please get my F150 back. More

I just picked up me new Grand Cherokee and I this was the third Grand Cherokee I have purchased from this dealership without any issues from the sales staff. Malcom and Alena werr great to deal with. I have always recieved a more than fair price from Chris for my trades as well. I have used them to service my Jeeps and have never had an issue in getting the appointment time I wanted nor any issues with the quality of any worked they have completed on my vehilces. Jackie Law is a very good service advisor and cares about your vehilce. More
I went to this dealer with a 2018 ram 1500 with 84000 km on it and a complete failure of air suspension. This is a well known issue I have come to find and there is a class action lawsuit out of Alberta wit on it and a complete failure of air suspension. This is a well known issue I have come to find and there is a class action lawsuit out of Alberta with regard to it. The dealer told me 1hr charge for diagnosing the issue this quickly turned into “we need to replace this part first before we can figure out the issue” in the end I paid $650 for nothing as they then told me it would cost $3800 to replace system. Also told me parts will break during repair and need to be replaced. FYI a dealer cannot charge you more then 10% off total repair as a diagnostic. They also just put misc charge for hours to diagnose this is not what the law says is acceptable either. Basically dealer delayed telling me it wouldn’t be covered by FCA even tough this is a major flaw in design. Has tried to make as much off me as they could before telling me the actual cost knowing no one would pay that to fix this issue it’s cheaper to put shocks in. DONT GO HERE if you don’t know about your vehicle and can make smart decisions. I am reporting them to BBB and customer protection agency. More
