Someone told me to wait in the customer lounge and wait for a ride to work. Then not to shortly later, James called me and asked all the info about what was wrong my my car. I then felt alot more at ease, James was very professional and I could tell he was very experienced and really made me comfortable. He was very thorough and took all my info. When I was time to pick me up the ride was arranged very satisfactory and when I got there my car was clean and ready to go..
