Jesse liased with me for about 8 months on 3-4 different models and greatly assisted me in making the final decision on the vehicle best for me and my family. I have had a few issues post delivery but they have and continue to bend over backwards to please me and I have zero complaints. Im a very demanding customer i would say with attention to fine details so I have asked them hundreds of questions and put them through their paces so to speak :). No other dealership I have been to or purchased/serviced with has been this great to deal with and so happy to satisfy a customer. First VW for me and I can't see myself buying anything else anytime soon unless it's another VW or maybe an Audi? Haha. Even thinking of switching the wife's vehicle to VW when we can. There are several people I've dealt with extensively thus far and they are all 100% fantastic. Thanks guys! More
