We dealt with Mr. Zhang on numerous occasions and we are pleased with his excellent customer services skills. He is very honest, friendly, humble, patient, and knowledgeable. He has a very good memory, and retains all the information we have talked about from previous interactions knowing exactly what our wants and needs are which allows us to get right down to business quickly the next time we visit him. We appreciate all his efforts in trying to get us the best deal for the vehicle. We dealt with both finance managers Brendan Parry and Mike McAuley. They are both quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Hubby noticed a small error in the interest rate and Brendan was quick in resolving the issue for us, This is our second time dealing with Mike McAuley (first time was when we purchased the first vehicle from Mr. Zhang). Mike provided us excellent quality customer service each time settling the finance details. We picked up the SUV yesterday, great way to end the holiday season and 2014! Called when it was ready, AND I appreciate that it was ready when they said it would be. LOVE that they wash it ( nice value added touch) and look forward to doing business again. One thing I would mention is that Kyle W was not available on my return ( day of thier Xmas party, so I understand) but i did have questions regarding oil changes that did not get asked. Margot B. Worst dealer ever. Experience #1 - Ordered part for service, was told I would be called when part arrived. Never received call. Left two voice mails over a week and never received a call back. Took my car somewhere else and was fixed in two days. Experience #2 - Talked to sales guy about buying a second CPO Audi. Was told he would call me back in a week to find what I wanted. Never received a callback. Experience #3 - called to make appointment for service. Never received a callback. You would think for $140/hour the customer experience wouldn't be so consistently terrible. Shame on you St. James Audi! More
