Wonderful experience purchasing a car from Jordan Smith I recently went car shopping to various dealerships through out Winnipeg. The Volkswagon Tiguan was the vehicle that I liked the best. I began looking at the other Volkswagon dealership. I talked to a saleman there and was continually being bothered about leaving a deposit through text messages. Constant phone calls and texts late into the evening. This person would not give up. I was to the point where I would purchase another vehicle somewhere else. I remember meeting Jordan Smith at my neighbours house and was very impressed with his knowledge of the Volkswagon product line. I thought I would give Jordan a call and give Volkswagon a second chance. I called Jordan at St. James Volkswagon and he returned my call promptly. Because of the research I had done I knew exactly what I wanted. Jordan had the vehicle I wanted. Informed me of the different rebates I was entitled to along with snow tires etc. I purchased the vehicle right away from Jordan. Best experience I have ever had vehicle shopping without leaving the comfort of my home. Well done Jordan. More

Sales Guy is a Star Super patient, no BS sales guy. No long winded fake pitches. Let us change our mind on the model about 10 times. My wife and I usually avoid sales people at other dealerships but not St James VW. Walked in, talked to Jordan Smith and he answered our questions. No blah, blah, blah and other "noise" you normally get. Had an 09 Jetta TDI and traded it in for another new TDI. Jordan let us drive everything we wanted to. Finance Manager just as good. It was a great experience. Used 2016 Golf. From the moment I first walked in, to the time I signed on the line, my experience at St. James VW was great. I had an idea of what I wanted and what From the moment I first walked in, to the time I signed on the line, my experience at St. James VW was great. I had an idea of what I wanted and what information I was looking for, but that changed about three different times over the course of a week before I finally decided on a used 2016 Golf. Each time I had a change of mind, or when I needed more information, Jordan was more than happy to answer my questions, explain my options, and give me the numbers so I could think about them. I also talked with Mary when Jordan wasn't working, and she was able to pass along the information and help get me the answers I was looking for. When I had finally decided on what I was looking for, Jordan was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, a used 2016 Golf with low KMs and a fantastic price. There was no pressure whatsoever, I was able to take some time and collect my thoughts before deciding to commit. Once I told Jordan that I wanted, he was able to draw the paperwork up quite quickly and get me set up with the finance manager Brittany. My phone was having a hard time sending some documents that I needed, but Brittany was very patient and it all worked out in the end. She explained some protection options, but once again there was no pressure. As soon as my financing was approved, she emailed me and let me know what documents she needed before I could pick up the car. Like I said before, It was a great experience. No pressure, friendly people, and I ended up very happy with the deal I received. More
