St. Catharines Nissan - Service Center

The service I have received at Collins Nisssan has been excellent particualry when I deal with Jim williamson. he presents as though he is actually listening and concnerned about any problems with the veh excellent particualry when I deal with Jim williamson. he presents as though he is actually listening and concnerned about any problems with the vehichle and attends to it by providng me with a response. The person at the parts counter, I regret i cannot remember his name, is alos very attentive and what surprises me is that he is always seekign out options and what would be the best price for me. I am surprised (pleasantly) by this as that has not been a typical experiecne at a dealership. This is the type of thing that keeps me coming back. Lastly, I have only met one of the mechanics and i think his name is spelt Haroon. I have always had my mechanical things addressed properly and not once have I had to return to get the job done right as it is always done right the firts time. This keeps me coming back. I also apprecaite very much that I can book an appointment and they will accomdoate me to get me in and out asap. Transportation to the dealrship is a challenge for me and getting to work is antoehr story buyt these guys alwaays are abel to get me in and out on time. If they know the job will take a little longert. I do apprecaite their shuttle service. Good job guys! More

Service department is friendly and helpful. They do quality work at reasonable prices. Sales staff is great too but I keep buying cars at this dealership because the service department sets a high stan quality work at reasonable prices. My experience at Collins Nissan has always been a positive one. I feel that I am treated fairly, things are clearly explained and they do their best to see that I am serviced and out the door ASAP w positive one. She is always more than happy to make sure I understand all the details of the service and gives me product price options when applicable. Victor is also great!He had my new all weather tires on quickly and efficiently when I was pressed for time during an oil change visit when I purchased new tires at the spur of the moment. I have tried other dealers ( not Nissan) closer to home, and found their work questionable, I do not have this feeling at Collins Nissan. I have been going to Collins for about 15 months to have my 350Z serviced since i moved to the area and have never left the dealership feeling slighted or unhappy.
