The person at the parts counter, I regret i cannot remember his name, is alos very attentive and what surprises me is that he is always seekign out options and what would be the best price for me. I am surprised (pleasantly) by this as that has not been a typical experiecne at a dealership. This is the type of thing that keeps me coming back. Lastly, I have only met one of the mechanics and i think his name is spelt Haroon. I have always had my mechanical things addressed properly and not once have I had to return to get the job done right as it is always done right the firts time. This keeps me coming back. I also apprecaite very much that I can book an appointment and they will accomdoate me to get me in and out asap. Transportation to the dealrship is a challenge for me and getting to work is antoehr story buyt these guys alwaays are abel to get me in and out on time. If they know the job will take a little longert. I do apprecaite their shuttle service. Good job guys! More

Upon entering the Collins Nissan Building we were greeted by Geoff, who asked what we were looking for today. Once my girlfriend and I mentioned that we were interested in the Nissan Sentra, he took us to Pa by Geoff, who asked what we were looking for today. Once my girlfriend and I mentioned that we were interested in the Nissan Sentra, he took us to Paul Rankin, who has a fair bit of experience with the Nissan Sentra. Paul was very friendly and made the experience quite pleasurable. This was my first car purchase, and I have hear the "Horror Stories" about how people are usually treated by Car Salespeople, and personally, I cannot say that this was my experience. I found the entire process very simple and easy to follow. After getting a test drive with Paul, my girlfriend and I started to talk about figures a little bit with Paul. We ended up getting a fair price on our new 2013 Nissan Sentra. I felt as though I could have pushed for a better price, but with the exceptional service provided, I did not make a big deal out of the pricing. Regardless, Paul did work with us and worked on trying to get us the car for a good price that was affordable for mine and my girlfriend's income range. He also went out of his way by driving us home and picking us up again when we were finalizing the purchase. I am sure this is partially due to the fact that we are not too far away, but it saved us about $40.00 in taxi fares, which is always a positive. Once Paul worked out the pricing a bit with us, he sent us over to Rachael, who made the entire process a little more clear. I found her attitude and understanding of the fact that I wanted all the details ironed out before making a purchase very comforting. I came away from my purchase feeling confident that I made the right choice in vehicle. I am the kind of person that tends to lean on the negative side of things, so for me to feel comfortable with a large purchase is rare. Overall, great service and very friendly people. We were encouraged to take a test drive even though the city was still digging itself out of a snowstorm. The salesperson was confident the car would perform through the snow and allowed us to take the vehicle through any street we wanted even if it wasn't plowed yet. For this reason, we decided to continue to work with this dealer and buy the vehicle from them. We were made to feel comfortable and encouraged to test competitor vehicles to see which we liked best. This showed confidence in the product they sold and gave us confidence in the vehicle we purchased. More
