Once we decided to call for a view of the Chrysler 300S we selected, the service from that first phone call was awesome. No it was excellent. John Stewart worked hard to listen to what we wanted and arranged for us to walk out the store the same day with the car we wanted, and left the trade-in for a reasonable price. Overall, we were so impressed with John's easy going manner, we agreed when it was time to trade in our truck, he would be the first person we will call. Great service John! Drove away thinking that would be the end of the great service. Wrong, my salesman kept in touch making sure the truck met my expectations. Year and a half later the DEF pump went. I was in the shop the very next morning, shuttle driver got me to my appointments. Service staff and mechanics worked non stop to get it replaced and back to work. As a contractor being without my truck is not a option. This is my second vehicle from south side Chrysler and won't be my last. Thank you. More
