My Review Of Southgate Audi:
I went to this dealer for a repair on my audi a8. The service advisor (Norman) booked me in and told me I had to pay for the diagnostics for a problem that is supposed to be covered under parts warranty. So the car was diagnosed and I had to pay for diagnostic. I WILL NOT GO INTO THE DETAIL OF THIS PROBLEM, but i did not understand why I had to pay for diagnostic. The third time I contacted Norman he snapped on me telling me that I am not capable of understanding what he is saying and that I will never understand what he is saying. He said that there is no point in talking to me. He almost (I felt and believed) cussed me out.
I have never had as bad of an experience as I have had with this dealership. I love Audi, but this dealership has to make changes.
