Scott was great...he noted that my first interaction was earlier in the year with a rep that had left and that Purchased new Cherokee with Scott Pymm. As soon as I contacted dealership, Scott took ownership and made sure I had the best service possible and that the experience was fast, friendly and truly best deal in market! Scott took the time to introduce me to the managers and the service department. Scott also took the extra time to re-visit my second preference when my wife came back with me. He contrasted both vehicles and made sure we were both comfortable with car. Scott not only made sure that I got the deal that I wanted, but that everything was as specified and when I noted I would look to get the roof rails soon, he made the inquiry on best price and how long it would take to come in.
