The staff were courteous from the front door all the way through to the end of the purchase experience. The area manager was greeting potential buyers as we arrived. We then were connected with Anthony. He sat with us and discussed our wish list. Andrew took my husband for a test drive in the truck he was considering. The Manager of the dealership then started the process of working out what was possible, and we made him work hard:) The staff never faltered all were professional and courteous through the whole process. We were offered coffee/snacks/water etc as we were there for several hours making this decision. After all was agreed to were then placed in the hands of Dave to process the financial purchase details. We appreciate the service and the efforts of all who were involved. Yasir made my experience fit within my budget and made sure I had all the features I needed. I went in for an oil change at South Oakville Chrysler and ran into Yasir 3 years later. He then showed me a used 2014 Jeep and I immediately fell in love. I decided to trade-in my 2013 Jeep and re-finance the 2014 Jeep. During my experience I dealt with both Yasir, Eric, and Michelle who all new and understood my wants and needs and made my experience a memorable one. Not only have I been pleased with South Oakville Chrysler, but my father who is very picky and has never purchased a vehicle from Chrysler, is now considering it based off of my two experiences. Throughout our other experiences we realized how crucial it is for a dealership to have knowledgeable, capable, honest and friendly Sales Consultants. We were lucky to have Saffi as our Sales Consultant who met all of the above criteria. After our test drive, Saffi kept in touch with us to answer any questions we had without putting any unnecessary pressure on us. We ended up purchasing the Fiat 500X and traded in our Mazda CX-7 and were happy with the negotiation process. Everything went very quickly and smoothly and we were able to get our new car in less than a week. Saffi sent us a video showing us our car as soon as it arrived. I'm hoping Saffi will be around next time we're in the market for a car! More
