I had some issues with my personal choices in cars recently (nothing wrong with the cars, just the choices) and found it necessary to make changes. Alanna and the sales team went out of their way to accommodate and provided a great deal. Now, I'm driving the car I really want and loving it! Over the years, I have always had my vehicles serviced at South Oakville Chrysler and have always been satisfied with the service I received. He explained everything to me (the warrenties, etc) in such an easy way to comprehend. After viewing the car and taking a test drive, I agreed to purchase it and he did all the paperwork with me and talked me through all of the options and controls for the car and explained their purpose. One problem I had was after purchase there was a small chip in the windshield and I brought it to their attention and they replaced the whole windshield. Truly a Customer Service oriented dealership and wonderful staff. Will definitely recommend to everyone. More
