Very pleased with the van. I was looking for a good used Grand Caravan for a few weeks and visited several new and used car dealers. I got the best reception at South Oakville Chysler with Alanna. She presented the car professionally. Features were highlighted and questions were answered thoroughly. She again was very thorough when we picked up the van even setting up my cell phone bluetooth connection. As a used car buyer I feel I was treated just as well as if I had bought a new car. We got the car on Monday and by Wednesday had made two out of town trips with six people. The van more than meets our expectations. I have been a car owner for almost 50 years and this was my least stressful buying experience. I will definitely recommend Alanna to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More

Disappointing Went to this dealership based on a vehicle advertisement on their website. During a test drive I was told by the salesman that they use misleading adv Went to this dealership based on a vehicle advertisement on their website. During a test drive I was told by the salesman that they use misleading advertising or what he termed as "loss leaders" to draw customers into the dealership. Didn't really take much notice of the comment until we came to the final part of our discussion in making a deal. When I questioned the difference in the now noted MSLP versus that advertised, I was told that it was an error caused by a third party who does the advertising - I saw the advertised price on the South Oakville website?? That said, and not an issue at that point, our salesman referred our concern to his Manager. Said Manager approached us in a short, condescending, rude manner attempting to sidestep the concern we raised and commented "well, we're close enough". For the record, I have bought many, many vehicles and know the drill; following the short conversation with the Manager, we left the dealership with no intention of coming back. At the end of the day, an onsite representative of Chrysler and our salesman Eric reached out to me and convinced me to reconsider, apologizing for the conduct of the Manager; we agreed to do so. Everything from that point forward has been positive, our salesman Eric did a great job, the vehicle we purchased was impeccably detailed and we are very happy with it. My disappointment lies totally in the advertising tactics of the dealer and the very unprofessional conduct of the Management. More

Stay Away I purchased a 2015 used truck from this dealership only to discover the advertised price was not the true price. They are adding administration charge I purchased a 2015 used truck from this dealership only to discover the advertised price was not the true price. They are adding administration charge, fuel, tire warranty etc, over $800 in additional charges that were made illegal by omvic years ago. I wonder how many others have paid these fees on the advertised price. Then to make matters worse they allow us to pick a cash back envelope from a board in the sales area and make a big deal that we had won $600. Later they tell us that the $600 is in coupons not cash and is not valid because the truck has a plow on it, which they installed for use on their lot. What a joke. More

All around our requirements were carefully addressed to ensure satisfaction. Servicing of our vehicles was extremely satisfying from booking to pickup. Starting with a 1990 Dodge Shadow to Dodge Journey Crew in 2012, Grand Caravan in 2014. Our most recent visit, a week ago , we got a 2016 Dodge Journey SXT / Limited,. Again, starting with the Chrylser Canada Sales representative, to Anthony, our Salesman, Dave in Finance and the General Manager. all. excellent as usual. The minivan features, a fair price, the warranty/service package, the financing and the strong service experience that we have had in the past with South Oakville all added up to a sale for Alanna. I can be a pain to deal with but Alanna was very patient and understanding.. Alanna was very well organized and knowledgeable on Dodge and the transaction details. Alanna was fun to deal with, and most importantly, she is a good person. She has an unfair advantage over most other sales reps though........as she is a good Maritimer! More
