Initially we were very pleased with Todd and the help he gave us. We were also happy with the way we were given some time to get our finances in order and the vehicle of our choice was held for us. However, when we picked our vehicle up the first time, we were told that the interior had been cleaned. If it was, it was not a thorough job and so we have been told that it will be re-cleaned for us. We had to return our Jeep to get some things done and when we got home with it after that, it was to realize that the oil change had not been done and the rear wiper had not been replaced, thus necessitating another trip back to South 20. We had requested that heated seats be installed and I was concerned about where the controls would be located as I didn't want it to look tacky. Todd told me that when the package came in, we would be contacted and told where the controls would be placed. That did not happen. Todd also informed us that the Jeep came with a cargo net, which is missing. And lastly, the A/C is not working properly. This will necessitate yet another visit to South 20 for us. Let me be clear that anytime I have called Todd and talked to him, he has been professional and accommodating. I realize that some of this is out of our control and perhaps there were some miscommunications between us and Todd. I just want to be very honest and share our experience so that perhaps some of these frustrations can be resolved better for the next customer. More

I have bought many new vehicles from many different dealerships and have always had issues with the end result. This is the first time I honestly say there were zero issues. We have been looking for a second car for over a year, since we bought our Dodge Ram 1500. We wanted a smaller car but one with room for travelling around town. The 200 was in the mall and I had seen ads since we bought our Dodge Ram 1500. We wanted a smaller car but one with room for travelling around town. This is the 5th vehicle that my husband and I have purchased through a dealership and i can safely say we will not be using any other dealership than 20 south dodge from now on! EXCELLENT customer se purchased through a dealership and i can safely say we will not be using any other dealership than 20 south dodge from now on! EXCELLENT customer service!!!! Friendly and non-aggressive, totally relaxed and even handled our 2 small kids tearing around the dealership with a smile and more sugar!! LOL We have had our new car a week now and EVERY person we've "shown off" to has heard about the impressive service we received in Humbolt! If you have ever hesitated about buying a vehicle go to this dealership they will put you right at ease and walk you through every step with a smile :) I'd write more but I'm off now to go for another ride in MY NEW CAR!!! My wife and I have dealt off and on with South 20 for the past 20 years having purchased approx. 3 new and 3 used vehicles plus a travel trailer from them over that time.I always figured for the most part we past 20 years having purchased approx. 3 new and 3 used vehicles plus a travel trailer from them over that time.I always figured for the most part we got a pretty fair deal in the end and the service when required always seemed to be spot on with diagnosing and repairing any problems.But,believe it or not the the thing that has impressed me the most is that it seems no matter how long it can be between visits, when I walk in the dealership someone knows me and remembers my name.
