We called Lee on a saturday on our way to humbolt, when we got there the Truck was already in front ready for us to test drive. He was very friendly and most important a straight shooter, no numbers games! He gave us his best price on the truck and on my trade, overall we saved over $5000 plus the tax savings because he offered more for our trade (8 month old high end suv less than 20,000 km). Jill and Jannelle walked us through all the paperwork in a flash, got us a good deal on a rate. Todd was there to hand over the keys and give us a tour of all the options in the truck and set up my iphone (he had it done in minutes, where I would probably still be trying to figure it out). It's all those little things they did that will keep us coming back now. My husband and I have owned Jeeps and Dodges since 1989, when i bought my first new Jeep, this was by far the best customer service experience we have had. They made buying a new vehicle very painless! Driving the 100 km was well worth it, not for the truck - we could have bought that anywhere, but for the customer service, honesty, and overall experience!
