I had a simple little plastic cover on my 2012 Pilot crack... it was covered under warranty but since I live out of town it is a big hassle for me to bring my vehicle in for service so I offered to inst crack... it was covered under warranty but since I live out of town it is a big hassle for me to bring my vehicle in for service so I offered to install the new part myself. Sherwood Honda's solution was to order the part and mail it to my door without me having to lift a finger! Perfect thanks again! More

My husband and I purchased a Fit for myself at Alberta Honda and were very unhappy with the level of service we received there. We love Honda vehicles so when my husband wanted a Civic we KNEW we didn't w Honda and were very unhappy with the level of service we received there. We were greated in a polite manner with no pressure. No feeling of being stalked while browsing and all our questions were answered. Now when I need servicing on my Fit I Always choose Sherwood Honda! The staff there are super helpful and friendly! Its a MUCH better atmosphere then other dealerships that we've gone to. More

I love this car dealer! I purchased a Ford Explorer form Robert recently which is my third purchase from him. I believe Sherwood Honda and Robert helped me hugely as there was some road blocks in the process. Robert always was easy to get a hold of and provided excellent service which will keep me coming back to your dealership. If I need a vehicle in the future I’m going to Sherwood Honda and Robert. It is my opinion that Robert should be commended for going above and beyond. The service area has also just been amazing to work with in all my vehicle purchases. I’m one happy customer because we took time to go to Sherwood Honda in Sherwood Park. We were looking all around the city of Edmonton went to 3 dealers and I would say from pushy sales people and drunk Sherwood Honda in Sherwood Park. We thought we should take 10 minutes and drive to Sherwood Honda. One of the best decisions that we have ever made in purchasing a vehicle. We were greeted by normal people and showed us the Pilot that we ended up purchasing. Quinn showed us the vehicle and demonstrated the features of the Honda product with no pressure just showed us the value that you get with Honda products. After shopping the Edmonton stores we actually thinking of going to Toyota product because of being skittish of Honda. We now love the Pilot and driving our new vehicle and are happy we stayed we the purchase trail. These people here are just nice people that really care about what the customer wants. We added running boards after the purchase and were thrilled with all the service representing this company; they just really wanted to make sure we got the service we wanted and the running boards that matched our new Pilot. Anyway we just want to say thank you to Sherwood Honda for changing our buying experience into a positive event! More

I went to Sherwood Park Honda to buy a 2012 Honda Fit but all I received was a headache! I had terrible experiences with this Honda dealer and what I consider underhanded sales tactics. I spend a whole afternoon negotiating a price on the car I wanted and the salesman agreed to have the car shipped from Calgary for an extra change that I agreed to pay. I walked away with a signed purchase agreement and an agreement that in a couple of days I would go back and pick up my new car. I was very excited to say the least! However even with me paying extra for the shipping the profit they would make on the car was less than if I would wait an extra 6-8 weeks for the same car that dealership had coming in. I waited a day and when they didn’t call me to tell me when the car would be in I left a message to call me back... the next evening I got a call back and told he would find out when the car would be in... another day later I got a call in the evening telling me that the car in Calgary that I had an agreement for was already sold! How could it be sold when I had an agreement to buy it days before! Michael was very quick to say that if wanted to wait another month or two I could buy the one they had coming in... well isn’t that nice NOT! So I asked how/why they would have agreed to sell me a car not available and why nobody would have called the dealership with the car before “selling” it to me. I got “well we had to wait until the next day to confirm they had it”... well that’s a LIE! I called the dealership they would have got the car from and they have the same sales hours... so it could have been confirmed BEFORE they let me walk away with a signed agreement and expectations of having the car delivered. I have since been told this is not uncommon, they get you in and get a price nailed down but don’t bother to order the car transferred then when it’s not available. Then they call you and then expect you to say fine I will wait for the new car to come in and presto they make full profit on the car instead of having to trade with another dealership. I think it’s really underhanded and I don’t want to deal with people like that! The only thing I can say good about it was that they gave me my deposit back... but that shouldn’t be a great accolade given they were the ones to break the agreement not me! And I had to make yet another trip into the dealership for my refund. So I ended up going to another dealership and picking up the car myself. If you are looking for a new Honda you should go to Okotoks Honda it is worth the trip! Sherwood Park Honda is not somewhere I will ever go again and I would seriously dissuade anyone from dealing with them. More

They were professional and gave me all the info I needed to make my buying decision. I came back the next day and bought my new Honda Civic and left in it later that afternoon. All the staff was friendly and even met the service people and given a tour of the facility. I highly recommend Sherwood Honda to anyone looking to buy a new or used Honda. Thank you guys!!! A++ More
