He selected and pulled up a new vehicle with the equipment I requested and after going through the features and options we went for a test drive. My car was not supposed to be ready till the Monday but they finished it on Friday, instead of telling me that I had to return my rental she said that I could keep the rental for the weekend as I was not expecting to pick the car up till then. I was extremely impressed I did pick up my car on the Friday and tried to find her to thank her but i didn't see her. The sevice and Shelley at Sherwood Ford are excellent. The deal I made to buy my vehicle was completly done over text message, that included a trade in. They were very fair in the price they gave me regarding my car. I never once stepped foot in the dealership until I went there to pick up the new car. Financing was very quick over the phone also. When I picked up the new car I spent a total of 40 minutes there to sign paperwork and let them view the trade I had. The car I bought is everything I expected it to be and the entire process from start to finish went very smooth. I will definitely buy another vehicle through them when the time comes. More
