If you're there, I'd recommend asking for Scott. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. He helped me find my 2017 Cruze which had all the features I wanted and so much more for a incredible price. Unlike other dealerships, the staff here aren't pushy or aggressive (I had even left another dealership for this reason). I really appreciated the friendly and professional atmosphere, especially as someone buying a new car for the first time. I think it really speaks well of the owner and how the business is run. Quick Easy and Fun I went to the dealership not knowing what to expect. I don't often have good experiences when I go to places like a dealership due to my social anxiet I went to the dealership not knowing what to expect. I don't often have good experiences when I go to places like a dealership due to my social anxiety. They were helpful and polite and put me at complete ease. When my sales person was busy the manager helped me find another sales person to take me for a test drive. I had been there the day before and had my toddler with me and couldn't talk a test drive at that time. The second sales person was really great even though it would be someone else who completed the sale. He let me take a highway test drive. I live out of town and that is one of the biggest reasons I have a larger vehicle it makes me feel safer on the highway in the winter. When I was dealing with my sales person Scott he was straight forward and helped me get the best deal possible. I know that most sales people say that but when I was dealing with Scott I really felt like it was true. When you are making a huge decision like a brand new vehicle for your family you don't want to feel rushed and I didn't. Thank you Sherwood Chevrolet I will definitely send people your way. More

Would not recommend Extremely dissatisfied. I was not shown a VIN search at time of sale so I did one myself a few months after owning the truck, just out of curiosity, a Extremely dissatisfied. I was not shown a VIN search at time of sale so I did one myself a few months after owning the truck, just out of curiosity, and found out it had over $9000 in accident damages. Had I been given a VIN search, I would not have purchases the vehicle. Would not recommend this dealer. More
