Even after the sale was made, he was still extremely respectful and provided great service. After everything was complete, we wanted to add a bug deflector and he paid for installation (the sale was done, he didn't have to do that, but he did so anyways). I was disappointed that a block heater was put in the car and the cord hangs out from where the hood closes. My concern is that it is hanging there and it will hit the light in the wind or traveling. I would have preferred it to be closer to the bottom. My car was cleaned but the dirt was not wiped inside of the car at the bottom of the door where getting inside I got my pants legs muddy. My tires air pressure was low. More

The salesman we dealt with (Dale Randall) was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us into a sale in any way. Dale went so far as to get the shuttle to pick me up from the airport so I didn't have to take a cab to the dealership to test drive the vehicle. What I didn't like was the pressure to buy the warranty package. I did not appreciate the pressure buy a warranty package, tire insurance, or rim insurance. I was asked repeatedly why I was not onboard with buying any of the offered warranty packages. More
