I 've been very happy with the vehicle we purchased in April. I requested a quote on winter tires and rims by email last Friday. When I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday morning everyone was very friendly and eager to help get me on the way. They even asked the shuttle driver to come back and get me since I'd just missed him by a minute. Very happy with my experience and will return for sure. More
I purchased my first GMC T7500 in 1998 and since have purchased another T7500 and also a GMCT6500. I have always had my service work done at Shaw GMC Medium Duty shop. The reason simply is that I found t purchased another T7500 and also a GMCT6500. I have always had my service work done at Shaw GMC Medium Duty shop. The reason simply is that I found the service to be professional in all aspects. When issues arose that were covered by warranty it was done. When the vehicles were off warranty the service was just as good. Barry Wong runs a good shop and has always alerted to me to mechanical issues that come to their attention that I did not know about. This attention saved me from having larger and more expensive issues down the road. I am very pleased with the business relationship with Shaw GMC over the years. Thanks, Gerry More

Since the move to have the commercial truck center be the only repair facility for our fleet and working directly with our preferred OEM dealership. I was always happy with the sales and service from shaw, especially from the service manager Barry Wong. Barry always took extra time to look deeply into my concerns and made sure I was satisfied. We have been using Shaw GMC as our main service center on our Handi-bus GMC Fleet. They have quickly learned our operations and the importance of keep us going and completing the job on time. We don't have many subs to assist our fleet and having them work on weekends has asissted us. Every time we have booked an appointment they have meet our expectations. While my care was being serviced she followed up on my extended warranty (of course nothing was covered...lol) and kept me updated on work being done and approximate time for completion. If this is the level of service I can expect from the dealership even if I didn't buy my car from this dealership, I can definitely see my next purchase being from this dealership! Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with. A small tarnish was the young lady behind the counter in the service department that took my payment...I hope she was just having an off day and isn't quite so monotone and uninterested in her job on a regular basis. Booked a service appointment several weeks in advance. The problem to be looked at involved repair/replacement of the drivers door key tumbler, which had been punched out in someone's attempt to vandalize The problem to be looked at involved repair/replacement of the drivers door key tumbler, which had been punched out in someone's attempt to vandalize my truck. I received a reminder call of the appointment and again stated what the problem was and, was reassured at the very least would have the assessment completed. I dropped off the truck @ 7 am the day of the appointment. I was told it might be repaired or may need new parts. I gave the go ahead to do whatever was needed. I explained I was heading out of town the next day. I was then called at about 2 pm that afternoon to say my truck would not even be looked at that day. I live in the complete opposite end of the city. I voiced my extreme displeasure to the service acct manager that my vehicle had not even been looked at, even with booking several weeks in advance and being the first customer to arrive that morning. I requested to be able to speak with a manager on my arrival to pick up the keys. I arrived about 15 minutes before closing, I was able to speak with Jay, who immediately sprang into action to grab a ? Tech before he left for the day. Within about 20 minutes my lock had been reinstalled and the truck was ready to go. Thank you so much for hearing my concern and rectifying the problem ( also for staying a bit after hours ) this does not happen much anymore. Again very much appreciated. Maureen Freeborn More
