What happened next? We ended up signing the paper right on the spot after spending time with Perry. Perry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, patient throughout the process, and also compassionate with the situation my wife and I were in. He was never pushy with the sales, but was transparent and very informative which helped greatly with our decision making process. Most importantly, we got the best $ deal on the new vehicle, and also the top $ for the old vehicle we traded in. Picked up the new vehicle 2 days ago, found a bit of stains on one of the back seats which the 3rd party detailer messed up with. Both Perry and Domenic, the General Manager took care and made up for this right away.
