We went inside, super helpful receptionist said she would find someone to see us. Ended up being Kyle who acknowledged us in the lot. Even though we knew he was busy he took the time to see us. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and never made us feel hurried. We don't make big purchase decisions easily but he made us feel comfortable and put our minds at ease. We bought a new F150.
