Excellent Service I purchased a Dodge Journey from Dan and he was very helpful in listening to what I wanted in a vehicle (which was very important to me as some sales I purchased a Dodge Journey from Dan and he was very helpful in listening to what I wanted in a vehicle (which was very important to me as some sales persons at other retailers don't listen and you don't end up having a good experience) and helping me to make sure my purchase was within the budget I had. This dealership keeps hounding me and won't quit ! Carcostcanada gave my personal information to this dealership without my permission. Within 5 mins of running a quote for a new vehicle on CCC, Renf Carcostcanada gave my personal information to this dealership without my permission. Within 5 mins of running a quote for a new vehicle on CCC, Renfrew Chrysler phoned and emailed me. I told them to stop and spoke to their manager who said he'd removed my information. They still keep hounding me to purchase from them, and they just won't stop. I'd buy from any other dealer before a considering a dealer who isn't capable of simple instruction, STOP CALLING PLEASE ! More

No one not the gm not the sales manager calls you back. Had my 2014 charger 2 weeks and I love the car but I would return it instantly if I never had to deal with this bunch again. Most recent was took the charger in for buff and polish and to get some trim prices reinstalled. Get the car back with window pillar hanging off and screws in cup holder. The price on the car was higher than other dealers I found after purchasing but I signed the contract so f you is what I get from them. Beware their tactics and service. More

Terrible experience, would not recommend. I received a referral to see Chris Grebinski at Renfrew from an elderly gentleman I work with. He was excited as he was promised a $500.00 referral b I received a referral to see Chris Grebinski at Renfrew from an elderly gentleman I work with. He was excited as he was promised a $500.00 referral bonus. I went to see Chris, he was very helpful in finding me the vehicle I was after. After discussing the deal and price at the the very end he comes and proceeds to tell me the sales manager needed to "take" this gentleman's referral bonus in order to give me the deal I received!! I was not ok with this and found it very unprofessional. I went home, thought about it and phoned back to cancel the deal. I could not morally accept this way of doing business. When I spoke to Chris he proceeded to tell me he "didn't care" if I bought the vehicle there and then asked me if they gave him $750.00 would I not cancel! Now it became even more cheesy. The gentleman who gave the referral is very upset about this, I cancelled the deal, and none of us will ever go to Renfrew to buy a vehicle. I went to another dealership, told them this story and they were flabbergasted! They were amazing, I got exactly what I was looking for, and they even gave this gentleman who gave me the referral $250.00 just for the embarrassment and unfairness he went through. More

A good experience and a surprisingly sophisticated vehicle To be honest, I didn't think I would be a JEEP buyer until I experienced the new Cherokee. I came to see some Jeeps as a result of research into vehi To be honest, I didn't think I would be a JEEP buyer until I experienced the new Cherokee. I came to see some Jeeps as a result of research into vehicles that towed well behind a motorhome. For the past number of years I've driven higher end European automobiles, and I didn't actually expect Jeep to measure up. To my surprise I was wrong - very wrong as my test drive and subsequent ownership has proven. I am really enjoying my new vehicle - a Jeep Cherokee Limited and keep discovering additional well thought out features that surprise and delight me. And, in addition to all the sophisticated and luxury features at a significantly better price I also get some real off road capability. Cool! I would also add that the buying experience with Dan at Renfrew was pleasant, straightforward, and very service oriented. They had my new vehicle ready for me in less than 2 days even though I requested an after market hitch that required them to take the vehicle to a different shop. And when there was a small issue with the hitch shop's work Dan himself drove out to meet me at the hitch shop to make sure that the issue was dealt with and I was inconvenienced as little as possible. Excellent Service Let me be clear. I do not own a Chrysler product. The car I have is a 2013 Dodge Journey that is provided to me by my employer. I had it service at Let me be clear. I do not own a Chrysler product. The car I have is a 2013 Dodge Journey that is provided to me by my employer. I had it service at 2 Chrysler dealers before finding Renfrew. The "other guys" were did not seem to understand that customer service means you actually serve the customer. I went to Renfrew when some intermittent issues with the car's electronics developed. I've been in the electronics industry doing design and development for many years and I know how difficult it can be to fix intermittent problems. I gave Renfrew a detailed description of the problems and left the vehicle with them. They serviced it under warranty. I got a detailed description of the steps the technician took to resolve the problems. Since then, I am very happy to say, the problems have not reoccurred. Kudos! Many dealer ignore the customer's descriptions of issues and/or the technicians simply don't try to fix anything intermittent. I highly recommend Renfrew. I've returned there several times since and had quality service every time. More
