Brett was great but he could have indicated there was more coverages available, ie "Items NOT Covered Under Powertrain Coverage" that added to the overall cost. I would like to be able to give 5 stars because almost everyone who helped us was super friendly and helpful. My only recommendation would be to the lady who takes calls for the service department.
