Purchased a brand new ram 1500 Big horn 2022. Customer service was great all along the transaction. As soon as I left the dealership, I encountered issues with the truck, TCS light came on. Returned to RedWater dodge and deleted the light of the dash. Drove home ( 200km away) and the next 36 hours was many issues. High beam was blinking, entertainment system quit working, speakers driver side quit working, speedometer switched to miles per hours on its own. Too many issues for a brand new truck. Dealership should take the truck back since so many issues. Called salesman trying to return the truck since it’s brand new. I was denied. I am trading the brand new truck with a Chevrolet where they back up the quality of their products. More
I just bought an out of province Miata and booked an appointment 1 week before the actual inspection. I got there just before the scheduled time of 0800 and was kindly offered a ride to my place in town appointment 1 week before the actual inspection. I was told the inspection would take about 3 hours and was surprised when at 0930, voicemail asked me to call Redwater Dodge. I was informed at that time that some out of province paperwork from Alberta Registries was required in order to complete the inspection. I went to the registry office and got the paperwork they requested. At 11:30, I walked over to the dealership to collect my car and was informed that because I had not provided them with the required paperwork at the time I dropped the vehicle off, nothing had been inspected. The question I have is: The requisite paperwork must have been known by the staff at Redwater Dodge BEFORE I brought my vehicle in but I was not informed of this until after the fact, so, why is this ? Darned poor show here isn't it? If they are trying to frustrate a customer they have succeeded nicely! More

Great service, really enjoyed the buying experience with them in March. Was all handled by phone and email, responsive, trustworthy and very fair prices. Still an independent, not part of one of those large groups like Go Auto where the whole point is to fleece the customer for every cent possible and the service just sucks. Love dealing with owner operated businesses. My first purchase from them but very happy so far. New truck ordered and waiting on delivery. More

We have sent friends out there and always heard good experiences as well. Just this week my daughter was looking for a new vehicle and the first place we went was back to Redwater dodge. We weren't sorry. I spoke with Tracy before bringing my daughter out and she asked if we considered a jeep. No we hadn't. So once we went out and dealt with Brittney my daughter took a jeep Cherokee for a test drive and it was love at first sight. We went and did the rounds at other dealerships in the city and Sherwood park and again after that I would really encourage people to take the drive out to redwater. You wont find better service and the staff wants you to love your vehicle. They go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. I've been a fan and will always support them. DJ is awesome in finance he makes things easy. When I've had to bring my truck in for anything the service department is awesome. It's just a really great place. Thanks again Redwater Dodge. More

This purchase being my eighth changed how perceived the whole process. Jill Tresch, and David Tingley at Red water Dodge are truly masters of their craft. I started my conversations with Jill via Facebook messenger. I had been looking at 2019 rams. This went on for a day or 2. One night I noticed that they had advertised a “used” 2019 ram with zero km. So on a whim I enquired why it showed being used with 0 km. Jill answered and introduced herself. She mentioned it was possibly a typo and would have it fixed. The conversation started from there. Never once during our conversation did I feel pressured, Jill simply invited me to give them the opourtunity. She invited me to come down and simply take a new ram for a test drive to see what i thought. I’m sure that if I wanted to end our interaction after the test drive she would’ve happily done so, but it didn’t end there. The test drive had sparked my interest, and I decided to stick around... what could it hurt? After the test drive we went back to here office ( I met Harley her friendly but shy dog and office mate!). She asked if liked the truck... that was it... she didn’t seem concerned at all whether I would buy the truck or not she just genuinely wanted to know what a die hard Ford guy thought of this newly styled and reworked ram. I had to see more.. she asked if I wanted to see numbers, and at this point I decided I’d make the most of the 45 min drive I undertook just to test drive a truck. She gave me 2 choices, I could’ve entertained numbers on the truck I had just driven. Or the ram rebel they had just pulled in the show room That sat inches from her office. I said I wouldn’t be opposed to the idea of the rebel, however I didn’t feel I could get into something like that. At that point Jill said “ let’s see what we can do!” I was commuted now, she wisked away my truck so that her manager could test drive it and properly value it to give me the best money for my trade. When he was finished she brought back my keys, and the numbers on the rebel to go over with me. It was a deal I couldn’t turn down! I agreed to the numbers, and with that she invited me to wait for finance to work with what we had given them. She assured me it wouldn’t take long, and invited me to wait in their lounge while she moved on to her other appointment that had shown up and was politely waiting for her to finish with me. Being a Saturday the banks were busy, it was taking a little more time then usual for finance to get an answer, Jill didn’t forget about me tho. Even tho she was with customers she would check in with me and reassure me that it wouldn’t be much longer... ( Enter David ) after about an hour or so David came out to meet me and introduce himself. He said the everything was a go, and that they just needed 10 more minutes. Not long after that they were asking for a blank cheque or pre- authorized debit form. I went out to get one I’d had in the truck, and no sooner had I done that David was ready for me. David was he himself professional and transparent threw out the entire signing . Casually joking with me and lightening the whole mood through out. Explaining everything in detail and making sure I understood what was being presented to me. As I was signing up Jill was getting the rebel pdi’d and filled with fuel for me to take home. : DISCLAIMER- I have never walked in and walked out with a vehicle EVER this was a first!! To end this ramble I will never for get the proffesionalism of these 2 individuals... as I said in the beginning they truly are masters of their craft, and as such the way the deal with customers should be considered the gold standard in over all customer service!!!
