Savage Dealership Did not have a positive experience here. Four days after purchasing a second hand vehicle, I experienced transmission issues (revving 5000, not going over 30km). I took the vehicle in, they were willing to take a look/“fix” it. First of all, I was frustrated that my four day old vehicle was having problems, despite reviewing a detailed AMVIC report, test driving, and etc. prior to purchasing. There was also a huge lack of communication on their end. If you have my vehicle for two weeks, at least give me a call to update me a couple of times, and call me when it’s “ready”, but nope. When I went to pick up the “fixed” vehicle, the service department had purchased me 120 month warranty (definitely softened me up). I then went to the vehicle, all the lights on the dash were still on, as when I brought it in (I don’t even think they looked at it during those two weeks). So again, I had to leave the vehicle with them to “fix”. About 1 week after, I received a phone call from the company the warranty was purchased through, they had some questions. Long story short, the service department told the warranty company I put on 11,000 km since I bought the vehicle (umm how?! I had it for 4 days, more like 11km), they also acted as me when purchasing the warranty, and they were trying to scam the warranty company into covering a transmission replacement, a pre-existing condition prior to purchasing the warranty. The warranty company warned me of red flags, which I appreciated and had a hunch about. Obviously, Kia didn’t receive approval from the warranty company to replace the transmission, and sounds like there is legal follow-up to occur. The sales side of the dealership was good (partially because I received my money back in full), the service department and its staff on the other hand... I would avoid. Overall, very negative experience. I would not recommend Kia Motors Red Deer. More

The wonderful Raven went through the process step by step ensuring me the best service possible. I was confident in my decision to buy from here. I absolutely love my new Kia Sportage, she was right in saying that it would suit myself and my soon to be family of 4. Spacious and modern I cant wait to take the little ones on road trips down the line. I will most certainly be recommending this dealership to my wife and friends. I will also be recommending Raven to them, not only is she highly professional and helpful, she is very kind and just a pleasant person to talk with!! That is if she is still working there, to be honest she could be running her own dealership if she wanted to, shes that good! Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience at Red Deer Kia and the employees there. Two thumbs up! ??👍👍 More
complete rip off I bought my 2014 Kia Soul when this dealership first opened in Red Deer. My first brand new vehicle so was very excited. They told me it was basic but had air conditioning and cruise etc When I picked up my vehicle I discovered it did not have a spare tire or cruise control. I questioned the sales rep I had at that time, and he told me he did not say that. After some debate back and forth, and playing mind games with me, the sales manager made an appearance and agreed to pay half to install a cruise. I dropped off my car at Kia Red Deer and paid Kia to have this installed. After a couple years the after market cruise they "had" installed was causing problems. They fixed it a couple times under warranty and then when the warranty was over informed me that they did not even install it but would not tell me who did. This story gets very long as to the xx I was fed but eventually had to go some where else to have the cruise removed. Kia was going to charge me for four hours labor to do this and another dealer who I had remove it was a hour. Also Lance Gore is a con artist who phoned and said he was hired by Kia Red Deer as a customer retention person to help solve all the problems Kia Red Deer had and has, and wanted to help me get everything fixed to my satisfaction but once I said I would not buy from them ever I never heard from him again. Lance is a sales rep and full of crap. More

DO NOT get sucked in here!!!! Your FREE trip to Vegas/Mexico is a total scam! You get approximately $200.00 off some company from the States you HAVE to book threw and it is all in USA funds! Sales girl "MORGAN BUTTS" knows nothing about vehicles. When i tried going after the dealership for all that was on the contract i was told by manager Jesse " we feel you got a good enough deal" Really? They delivered the vehicle with nothing done to it except a bug deflector. The vehicle wasn't" Professionally" cleaned like they said and many more things promised to me on delivery. Made a list of everything and got the driver to witness and sign it. The floor mats were from some other make of SUV and were dirty,wouldn't fit in the holes on the floor and the back seat ones were curled up against the door. Thanks to AMVIC for dealing with these jokers, they are brutal,and can NOT be trusted. Their word is a zero on a scale to 10. OH and buy the way if the vehicle is advertised don't expect it to be there. More
Incompetent staff = BAD car buying experience I was sucked into their sales department with a “bait and switch" vehicle. I was soon to find out it should not have been put on their website. "Bait and switch". Salesman: Richard Hudson. He was fired the next morning which left me dealing with Jesse and Raven. I bought the vehicle but was NOT informed that it came without cruise control and command start (2 of 4 of my requirements) until AFTER the deal was made. I love the vehicle and will pay the cost to have those other 2 items installed. I will go to their service department but there is NO way I will deal with them again let alone recommend them to anyone! More

My daughter just bought a new car from Frank Vaneaton and Jesse Vaneaton May 14th 2018 and she bought the same car as mine a 2018 Kia Forte Ex and she loves it, I would recommend Frank,Jesse and Conner if your in the market for a new vehicle and tell them Tracey-Lynn recommend that you buy your new vehicle from the guy's at KIA RED DEER. Will never darken door again Will never even look at a vehicle at Red Deer Kia. Was lied to by salesman about them touching up stone chips, getting us a second key at their cost, etc. The Sorento we bought is a good vehicle but the mileage was the pits until we changed the plugs (50,000 km) which we complained about several times but nobody had any suggestions how the problem might be corrected. More
