I am very sorry that you aren't happy with the experience at the dealership. Our initial review of the vehicle concluded the injectors and fuel pressure regulator required replacement as they were not functioning properly, given the circumstances of the repair, it was likely that the smoke would go away once the excess fuel burned off. Clearly there was another issue we could not foresee based on the state of the injectors, and it is one that we would be willing to help investigate further and have already offered to help with. Unfortunately, we would need the truck in our shop and I understand it would not be feasible for you to bring the truck back all the way from Prince George. If you are able to bring the vehicle back please let us know.

My name is Leigh Heppner and I am the General Manager. We have already been in conversation over email and over the phone but I would like to be sure that our conversation is accurately addressed in this public review. The $25 gift card program from General Motors was a manufacturer program where if a customer took a test drive during a certain period of time, they received a gift card. We had no reason not to submit a claim to GM and get the gift card to you, but for whatever reason the gift card wasn't received. The email from the Better Business Bureau that was sent to us two months later may have been caught in our spam filter, but the physical letter that we received was acted upon immediately after we received it. Since our conversation, we have mailed a $25 cheque in lieu of the gift card and have offered other considerations for the inconvenience. We always act on any customer complaint, through BBB or otherwise, as swiftly as possible and hope that you understand there was no ill-intent with how the gift card somehow slipped through the cracks.

The response from Preston About windshield was not an issue as I requested it was for them to repair as it was still on the lot..The issue was the horrible service and that they had my truck for 2 days without able to inform what the problem was and generally doing work on my truck which was not needed...took it somewhere else and the problem was rectified within one minute..yes. ONE MINUTE where Preston took 2 days to deal with and not informing me what the problem was...sorry Preston but your response fails to deal with the issue
