First time in my years with this location that they fell well below expectations. Service ended up fine at the very end, but took way longer than expected and communication was non-existent. They did not reach out with a single status update until 7 hours later only because I finally got through to someone not in the service department. Had to keep calling, leaving voice messages for service and no one responded. Completely frustrated after 2 days of this and wasted so much of my time waiting. They absolutely need a key person responsible for keeping on top of their customers and phones. When I picked up my car the phone again kept ringing continuously so it seems like an issue. Normally they are more on top of things and give a status update quickly so you can approve service work. They did not tell me they were behind from the previous day. Just give us a courtesy and let us know at the beginning not when we call you at the end of the day. Also stop calling it a shuttle service if it’s an Uber you use now. Gives people the wrong impression. Bring back the shuttle please!!! The website also needs some work. Clicking on and filling out details for a service special resulted in a sales person calling me about buying a new car. What?? But at least they called me back quickly. More

I was having an issue with my tire not holding air. I went to the dealership and Edward took excellent care of me. Service team got my tire fixed and even washed my car! Brought car in for oil change took longer then usually would. Put my work order on wrong work board so didn't get look at for over an hour. But they gave me free oil change for their mistake. Dealership was very Organized Friendly Clean Respectful of its customers. We even had a very good BBQ With Burgers and Hot Dogs. We were very impressed with the treatment.
